Data Deletion Policy

Effective date: June 16, 2026

LoopJoy, operated by Riso Development LLC, gives you full control over your data, including the right to delete it.

1. Delete your account yourself

Sign in and go to Settings → Your data → Delete my account. This permanently and immediately:

• Deletes your account, cards, contacts, scheduled deliveries, reactions, replies, and notifications.
• Cancels any active subscription.
• Removes photos you uploaded from our image storage (Cloudinary).

2. Export before you delete

You can download a complete copy of your data at Settings → Your data → Export my data before deleting your account.

3. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@loopjoy.app from your registered email address and we will process your request within [30] days after verifying your identity.

4. Retention exceptions

After deletion we remove your personal data, except limited records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting). Backups are purged on our regular backup-rotation cycle.
