Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of LoopJoy, operated by Riso Development LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, or send content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or depicts non-consensual acts.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Contains malware, phishing, or deceptive links.
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Sending cards or messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them (spam).
• Violating anti-spam, telemarketing, or messaging laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR ePrivacy).
• Attempting to bypass payment, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading the Service.
• Using the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.

3. Messaging consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that recipients of email or SMS cards have agreed to be contacted. SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out where supported.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, with or without notice. To report abuse, contact abuse@loopjoy.app.
